As a partner at Bose McKinney and Evans, Babb is the chair of the Appellate Services Group and assists clients with a wide variety of complex commercial appellate and litigation matters. He chairs the firm’s Recruiting Committee, and sits on the firm’s Diversity Committee. Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Babb served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr.
O’Hara is also a litigation partner at Bose McKinney & Evans who concentrates on family law matters that include high profile, complex divorce and custody cases. With more than 30 years of experience, O’Hara also represents clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, real estate contractual disputes, and commercial and personal litigation in state and federal courts.
