The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner Brian Jones, co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Group, has authored the Indiana portion of the Defense Research Institute’s “Writing Reservation of Rights: A North American Compendium.”
The compendium addresses essentials for constructing reservation of rights letters in all 50 states and the Canadian provinces. The entry for each state and province answers questions concerning statutory and regulatory authority, timing and recipients, independent counsel, recoupment of fees and more.
“Writing Reservation of Rights: A North American Compendium” is on sale at the DRI’s website.
