Bose McKinney & Evans Welcomes Mark Wohlford
The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce the addition of associate Mark Wohlford to the Labor and Employment Group.
Wohlford’s legal practice focuses on representing clients in employment litigation, management training, discrimination and wage claims. In addition, he concentrates on matters of compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other employment-related state and federal statutes.
He is licensed to practice law in Indiana, and is a member of the Indiana Bar Association.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Wohlford served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Brent E. Dickson. He received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and he earned his law degree from George Mason University.
Wohlford was a letter winner on the Purdue University men’s basketball 2008-2009 Big Ten Tournament Champions team. He was a team captain of the 2009-2010 Big Ten Champions team. He currently lives in Zionsville with his wife and two children, where they attend Zionsville Fellowship Church.
