Bose McKinney & Evans Named Paralegal Employer of the Year by Indiana Paralegal Association

The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP was named the Paralegal Employer of the Year at the June 19 Indiana Paralegal Association meeting.

The award, first given in 2015, recognizes an Indiana law firm, corporation, organization or government entity that encourages its paralegals to be members of the Indiana Paralegal Association, supports its paralegals attending monthly IPA meetings, supports IPA by sponsoring events and actively promotes the education of current and future paralegals.

In addition to the firm’s support of IPA, Bose McKinney & Evans supports its paralegals by encouraging them to speak on panels or teach classes, allowing them the flexibility to do pro bono work and providing financial support and study groups for paralegals who want to earn professional certifications, practices which factored into IPA’s decision to honor the firm with this award.

The IPA, formed in 1979, has several hundred members and exists to encourage ethics, further education and training among its members, and foster working relationships with bar associations and other professional organizations.
