Bose McKinney & Evans Welcomes Michael Durham to the Firm’s Immigration Group
Durham will serve clients out of the firm’s new South Bend office, where he will provide businesses and individuals a variety of immigration services. He assists employers such as hospitals, colleges, technology companies, religious organizations and small companies in obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant status for their employees. He counsels employers concerning verification compliance, E-Verify and related immigration – employment enforcement.
Durham, who has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2001, also represents individuals on a variety of family-based immigration and naturalization matters.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Durham established and maintained his own immigration and employment law practice. Durham also served in the United States Army.
Durham graduated from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2001. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Durham is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
