Bradley Sugarman Joins Beyond Monumental Board of Directors
Bradley Sugarman, chair of the Bose McKinney & Evans Environmental Law Group, has joined the Beyond Monumental board of directors.
Beyond Monumental supports youth health and well-being through exceptional events and programs centered around the sport of running. The organization educates youth about the benefits of exercise, proper diet and healthy eating and combats community deterioration and juvenile delinquency through its efforts to promote health and well-being in Indianapolis.
At Bose McKinney & Evans, Sugarman is chair of the Environmental Law Group. He is a partner and assists clients in environmental issues, including regulatory compliance, litigation and insurance coverage. Sugarman regularly appears in state and federal courts, defending clients in complex litigation involving toxic tort and environmental cost-recovery matters. He also represents clients in a variety of industries in administrative enforcement proceedings related to accusations of violations of environmental, health and safety regulations and laws.
Sugarman is an adjunct faculty member at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he teaches a course on environmental and toxic tort litigation. He is the co-founder of Bicycles for Humanity, a program that provides bicycles to developing countries.
Sugarman received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Vermont Law School.
