The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Roxanne Hilton to its Litigation Group. Her practice includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability and licensing proceedings, disciplinary litigation, and premises liability defense.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Hilton worked as a deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In this role, she represented the state before medical licensing boards; advised on statues and regulatory code; investigated claims of misconduct including diversion, fraud, substance abuse, overprescribing and adulteration; and reviewed hospital policies, practice agreements and hiring contracts. Hilton has experience with Stark Law and the False Claims Act.
Hilton received her bachelor’s degree in arts management from Indiana University and her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Health Care and Life Sciences Section.
