The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Seth Thomas has been elected partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2021.

Thomas is an attorney in the Environmental and Litigation Groups. He advises clients in disputes involving environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, technology/software development, class action suits and contracts. In addition, he counsels clients on legal and business risks from internal and external investigations, business relationships and litigation. He also drafts and negotiates contracts, covenants and settlement agreements.
Thomas also is experienced advising clients in matters related to data privacy, computer forensics, consumer protection, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (with highest distinction) and a juris doctorate degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (summa cum laude).
