Bose McKinney & Evans LLP and Bose Public Affairs Group LLC are proud to announce that Devon Davis, Pete Seat and Mark Wohlford have been recognized by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana as “Indy’s Best and Brightest” finalists.
The “Best and Brightest” award program identifies 100 of the most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in Indianapolis who are successful in their careers and involved in improving the community. The firm’s finalists represent the following categories:
- Devon Davis – Government
- Peat Seat – Media, Entertainment & Sports
- Mark Wohlford – Law
Finalists will be recognized and winners will be announced during an online celebration on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
Davis is a public policy specialist with Bose Public Affairs Group’s state and local government relations team. In his role, Davis assists clients from a wide range of industries in managing legislative projects, including conducting in-depth reviews of state legislation, meeting with policymakers and working with firm clients to develop comprehensive public policy strategies.
Seat serves as a vice president of strategic communications at Bose Public Affairs Group. In his role, he leads client accounts from a variety of industries at the local, state and national level utilizing his skills in public relations, strategic planning, media relations and crisis communications. Throughout his career, Seat has published columns in outlets across the country including Politico, CNN.com and MSNBC.com and has appeared as a guest on CNN, FOX News and MSNBC programs numerous times.
Wohlford is an associate in the Labor and Employment, and Litigation Groups of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Mark assists clients with a wide array of labor and employment matters including employment litigation, discrimination and wrongful termination defense, wage claims, non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related state and federal statutes. Mark has represented clients at the local, state and federal level in employment-related disputes and has conducted independent investigations into alleged discriminatory actions and misconduct for both private and public entities.
