The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that Dusty Moloy has joined the firm as of counsel and a member of the Gaming Group.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Moloy spent more than four years working as an attorney at the Indiana Gaming Commission, where he rose to the position of deputy general counsel, performing a wide variety of legal and regulatory services associated with the casino and sports wagering industries. Prior to his time with the IGC, Moloy worked at a small Indianapolis law firm as an associate attorney, where he gained experience in litigation, transactions, class action lawsuits and collections. During law school, he served as an enforcement extern for the NCAA.

Moloy earned his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Indiana University.
