The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Tyler Moorhead has been elected partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2024.

Moorhead is an attorney in the Labor and Employment and Litigation Groups. He assists clients with a wide array of labor and employment matters at the local, state, and federal levels. His practice encompasses labor and employment law topics such as discrimination and wrongful termination defense; wage/hour compliance defense; non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements; and workplace investigations.
Moorhead also dedicates his practice to representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. Although he employs a cost effective and practical approach to resolve cases before trial when appropriate, he has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts. His practice encompasses litigation matters such as contract disputes, fraud, partnership disputes and complex commercial litigation.
Moorhead received a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (magna cum laude) and a juris doctorate degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (summa cum laude).
