Philip Ripani

Phil Ripani is of counsel in the Labor and Employment Group. Phil represents employers in labor and employment matters regarding employee benefits, immigration, employment discrimination, employee misconduct, collective bargaining and contract disputes, and other general employment issues. He helps company management with additional labor issues, including union prevention, hiring, discipline and retention of employees, wage and hour, and plant closing issues. He also aids businesses before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services with immigration issues surrounding intra-company (L visa) international transferred employees and obtaining visa status for foreign employees. He advises employers concerning I-9 verification compliance, E-Verify and related immigration – employment enforcement.

Ron Elberger is of counsel in the Bose McKinney & Evans Sports, Entertainment and Media Group. He is also a member and former chair of the Litigation Group, and a member of the Appellate Group and Health Group. He practices in the areas of litigation, constitutional/civil rights law, entertainment law, sports law, appellate law and professional responsibility/disciplinary law. Ron is a ten year distinguished advisor to, and former nine year member of, the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.

Bradley R. Sugarman serves as chair of Bose McKinney & Evans’ Environmental Law Group. Brad is a partner and assists clients in environmental issues, including regulatory compliance, litigation and insurance coverage. Brad regularly appears in state and federal courts, defending clients in complex litigation involving toxic tort and environmental cost-recovery matters. He also represents clients in a variety of industries in administrative enforcement proceedings related to accusations of violations of environmental, health and safety regulations and laws.
