Phil Zimmerly is a partner in the Labor and Employment and Litigation Groups. His diverse practice has included cases involving employment law, business and contract disputes, intellectual property, trademarks, constitutional law, property disputes, and personal injury.
Andrew McNeil is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. As a partner in the Labor and Employment, Litigation and Appellate Groups, Andrew concentrates his practice on litigating and trying business disputes of all shapes and sizes, with a primary focus on non-competes, trade secrets, business torts, and contract cases. He has tried numerous cases in front of federal and state juries and judges, as well as arbitrators and administrative law judges. His ligation experience also includes environmental cost recovery matters, antitrust, wage and hour class and collective actions, ERISA matters, franchise disputes, insurance coverage, and employment discrimination claims. He is admitted to practice in the Indiana state courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Western District of Michigan.
Jeff Halbert is a partner in the Labor and Employment, Automotive, and Business Groups of Bose McKinney & Evans. Jeff has extensive experience litigating all forms of labor and employment matters throughout Indiana and surrounding states. He also practices before numerous state and federal agencies, including but not limited to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the United States Department of Labor and the Indiana Department of Labor.
Jeff Gaither is the managing partner of Bose McKinney & Evans and a partner in the Litigation Group, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, appeals and arbitrations. His trial experience includes class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and individual actions in state and federal courts.
Brian Jones is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans and is the co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Group. He represents clients in all aspects of business litigation, but focuses his practice on complex coverage and defense issues concerning life, property and casualty, and professional lines insurance and reinsurance.
