He also is a member of the firm’s Business Services, Real Estate and Local Government Groups. Thomas represents clients in a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, agribusiness and sports.
Dan Yates is a partner in the Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Group. Dan counsels families, business owners, corporate executives and other individuals and businesses to formulate and achieve financial objectives. He provides clients with counsel regarding taxation, probate, philanthropic giving and other estate planning or business succession planning issues
Brant Wright is a partner in the Real Estate, Site Selection and Economic Incentives, and Business Services Groups. Brant focuses his practice in advising clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, procurement of economic incentives, construction, leasing and disposing of property and in the formation, structuring, acquisition and sale of businesses.
Bob Wildman is of counsel to the Business Services Group, the Venture Capital and Private Equity Group and the Real Estate Group. Bob assists clients with general corporate and financing transactions, business acquisitions, real estate development and zoning matters. Bob serves as in-house counsel for the Greg Allen Companies in Greenwood, Indiana. The Greg Allen Companies develop commercial and residential real estate projects in the Indianapolis area and also build homes through its three home building divisions. Bob also serves as a member of the investment committee of Cambridge Ventures, LLC.
Sarah Studzinski is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. She concentrates her practice in the Business Services and Real Estate Groups. She is involved with drafting and reviewing the documents needed at various stages of a company’s life cycle, including formation, acquisition, transfer and approval documents. Sarah also assists clients in real estate due diligence, title and survey review and loan document review. She also has assisted clients with women-owned and minority-owned businesses (MBE/WBEs) certifications.
