Bose McKinney & Evans represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and the related issues arising out of these transactions.  This work includes assisting privately held and publicly held clients in raising capital, and representing clients in the purchase, sale, combining or divestiture of companies and the transfer of securities.  Such transactions are not to be approached lightly, and our attorneys understand the resources businesses redirect in anticipation of such activities.
