Alexandra Gortchilova is an attorney with Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Alexandra assists firm clients with a variety of business, employee benefit, real estate and construction issues.

Alexandra has specific background with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, establishing 501(c)(3) organizations, and multi-unit purchase and sale franchised transactions. Her experience includes assisting the second-largest Burger King franchisee in the country with the sale of its more than 400 stores.

In addition, she advises clients on employee benefits issues, including the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, ERISA and HIPAA. Alexandra works with several association health plans and other multiple employer welfare arrangements.

Following law school, Alexandra pursued a part-time position as an in-house attorney at an Indianapolis real estate company, with offices in Indiana and Kentucky while serving as a judicial clerk for Judge Basil H. Lorch III in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Alexandra is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the United States District Court of Southern Indiana. She speaks three languages: Bulgarian, English and Spanish.
