Andrew Miller is the managing principal at Bose Public Affairs Group. Since joining the firm in 2000, Andrew has established his reputation in the public affairs industry on a variety of issues with a primary focus in state and local government relations. His areas of focus include direct lobbying, stakeholder engagement, community involvement, strategic planning and political action committee management.

Education

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Frostburg State University.

Honors / Awards

Andrew serves on the executive committee for the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute. He is also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana and the Public Affairs Council. He is a member of the Frostburg State University Alumni Association and volunteers with Best Buddies, Gigi’s Playhouse and the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence. He often serves as a speaker for numerous organizations, including the Public Affairs Council.

Andrew has been appointed to the boards of the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority and the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority. He previously served as a mayoral appointment to the Indianapolis International Airport Authority and as an advisory board member for the St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf. He also volunteered as a host committee member for the 2002 meeting of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators in Indianapolis.

Prior to moving to Indiana, Andrew was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to a one-year commission as a member of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents. During his tenure on the board, he was a member of the Education Policy and Advancement Committees.
