Profile
Elizabeth Roberge is a partner in the Litigation Group and the Business Services Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Elizabeth represents individual and corporate clients in all stages of diverse civil litigation matters, including appeals, within and outside of the State of Indiana. Her litigation experience includes complex business disputes, commercial foreclosures, medical malpractice, personal injury and construction litigation. Elizabeth has extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of transactional documents and management of complex commercial and lending transactions, through closing and post-closing phases. She also is engaged in a wide variety of other legal matters, including copyright and trademark registrations, estate planning, probate administration, guardianship proceedings, and general corporate representation. Elizabeth has assisted clients with Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) certification. While in law school, Elizabeth clerked full time in the corporate legal department of a large commercial real estate developer and operator of retail shopping centers. Following law school, she had the privilege of serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John T. Sharpnack of the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice in Indiana and before United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
