Erica Bailey

Erica Bailey is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP.   At Bose McKinney & Evans, Erica assists clients and attorneys with complex commercial real estate closings, purchase agreements, deeds, easements, UCC financing statements, leases, mortgages, rights of way, assignments of purchase agreements and related loan documents.  She regularly reviews surveys, title documents and environmental reports; prepares title objection letters; and communicates with title companies and surveyors to resolve issues.  Erica organizes closing documents and transcripts of real estate acquisition and financing transactions.  Her additional experience includes creation of entities, application for EIN and filing of annual reports.  Erica serves as a point of contact for zoning regulatory agencies, surveyors and consultants pertaining to zoning issues, documentation and variances.

In addition to Erica’s experience in real estate transactions, she also is well-versed in estate planning, probate, trust administration and elder law issues, as well as taxes, including the preparation and filing of forms 1040, 1041 and 706.

Erica began her legal career as a paralegal and office manager for a Greenfield, Indiana firm, where she worked for almost 17 years.
