Profile
Greg Shelley is a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans LLP’s Business Services Group and chairs the Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Group. Greg concentrates his practice in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, trust and estate administration, will contests and trust disputes, guardianships, business succession planning and general business transactions. He also regularly represents corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate matters. Greg is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer, certified by the Trust & Estate Specialty Board.

Greg is a regular author, lecturer and moderator at legal education seminars for attorneys and accountants around Indiana. He has participated as chair, speaker or author at numerous legal seminars and legal publications for over thirty-five years on behalf of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation (ICLEF); Hoosier CLE; Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) – Estate Planning and Administration Section; Hoosier Banker; and Bank One Trust Group; including authoring and presenting: “2013 Case Law and Legislation in Probate, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, and Death Tax” (2013 Annual Indiana Law Survey, chaired by Chief Judge Margaret Robb for Hoosier CLE); and “Lifetime Gifts to Adults and Charities” for the 2011 and 2009 semi-annual Estate Specialization Training Seminars for Attorneys (ICLEF). In addition, Greg is regularly invited to be a resource for the media and to speak to a variety of religious, charitable and educational affiliated groups on a wide variety of estate, trust and business succession planning topics.
