Jacob Antrim

Jacob Antrim is an associate in the Bose McKinney & Evans Utilities and Municipal practice groups, representing utilities, municipalities, governmental entities and other clients in regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters.

Jacob advises municipalities and utilities on issues involving utility rates and charges, service territories, public infrastructure projects, public procurement and bidding, annexation, economic development and build-operate transfer (“BOT”) agreements, public records and other matters relating to local government, infrastructure and development. He also advises clients on matters involving zoning and land-use issues, real estate acquisitions, easements, right-of-way matters, and condemnation and eminent domain matters. Jacob also has experience representing clients before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“IURC”) and in litigation and appeals before Indiana courts. 

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Jacob worked as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Steven H. David.
