Joetta Allgood is a registered paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Group and Construction Law Group. She is the family law paralegal in the Litigation Group, assisting Timothy O’Hara with high profile and complex dissolution of marriage, post-dissolution, guardianships, adoptions, paternity and other family law matters. Joetta assists the Construction Law Group with AIA contracts, mechanic’s liens and construction litigation matters. She brings over 30 years of legal experience to Bose McKinney & Evans. She graduated summa cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University. Joetta is the former chair of Paralegal Section of the Defense Trial Council of Indiana.  She also served as a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Site Team, which audits colleges to make sure their paralegal studies programs meet ABA accreditation standards.  The Site Team reviews curriculum, meets with the faculty and talks to the students, then submits a report to the ABA with a recommendation on the potential re-approval of the program.
