Madalyn Clary is an associate in the Public Finance Group at Bose McKinney & Evans. She focuses her practice on advising clients as bond counsel, conduit issuer’s counsel, developer’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel for a variety of public finance transactions. Her experience includes transactions involving taxable and tax-exempt municipal securities, including revenue bonds and tax increment financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Madalyn was an associate at an international law firm. While in law school, Madalyn was the executive editor of the Indiana Law Journal, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, a research assistant, and a finalist in Baylor Law’s The Closer national transactional law competition.

Madalyn is a member of Women in Public Finance, where she serves as vice president of the Indiana chapter. She also belongs to the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
