Mark Wohlford is an associate in the Labor and Employment, and Litigation Groups of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Mark assists clients with a wide array of labor and employment matters including employment litigation, discrimination and wrongful termination defense, wage claims, non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related state and federal statutes. Mark has represented clients at the local, state and federal level in employment-related disputes and has conducted independent investigations into alleged discriminatory actions and misconduct for both private and public entities.
In addition to his work in labor and employment law, Mark also has experience representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil rights litigation.
Mark previously served as a judicial law clerk for Indiana Supreme Court Justice Brent E. Dickson. He and his wife have three children and live in Zionsville, where they attend Zionsville Fellowship Church.

Outside the Office
Mark loves sports and particularly basketball. He was a player on the Purdue Men’s Basketball Team (Letter Winner on the 2008-2009 Big Ten Tournament Champions, Sweet 16; Team Captain of the 2009-2010 Big Ten Champions, Sweet 16) and plays for the Bose McKinney & Evans’ law firm team when his schedule allows. Mark volunteers coaching his kids in local sports and leads a high school small group through his church. He also enjoys servings as an intake attorney for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center through the Indianapolis Bar Association.
