Megan Mulford is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group and the Sports, Entertainment and Media Group, focusing her practice on copyright, trademark and right of publicity matters, and transactions involving intellectual property. Megan helps clients identify, protect and leverage their intellectual property assets to create brand value and serves a broad client base, including entrepreneurs, authors, artists, nonprofits and large corporations.

Megan received her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis, cum laude, in 2005.  She was an Honor Scholar at DePauw, and received her B.A. in communication arts and sciences, magna cum laude, with a minor in art history in 2002.
