Michael Durham is an immigration attorney in the Labor and Employment Group at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Mr. Durham has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2001. Mr. Durham’s focused experience with immigration laws and insight into the immigration process qualifies him to represent employers and individuals through the complex and constantly changing maze of immigration laws and regulations.

Mr. Durham assists businesses and individuals in a variety of immigration services. He assists employers such as hospitals, colleges, technology companies, religious organizations and small companies in obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant status for their employees. He has extensive experience working with physicians, post-doctoral researchers, professors, engineers, scholars, scientists, international business executives and managers, investors, and individuals of extraordinary ability. Mr. Durham also represents individuals on a variety of family-based immigration and naturalization matters.

Mr. Durham also counsels employers concerning I-9 verification compliance, E-Verify and related immigration – employment enforcement.

Mr. Durham is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Illinois Bar. He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. from the University of Colorado.
