Bob Kassing has been a practicing attorney and a member of the firm since 1964, and a partner since 1969. Bob concentrates his practice on business consulting, business formation and structuring, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other business growth and exit strategies. Over the years, he has assisted many companies to make strategic business decisions. He has worked hard to understand his clients’ businesses and their goals for the future in order that he might provide business advice and legal counsel consistent with a client’s perspective. As evidence of Bob’s success, his peers have recognized him for many years as one of America’s top lawyers, as published in The Best Lawyers in America®. He was the managing partner from 1971 to 2004. In that capacity, he chaired the firm’s management committee, as well as a number of other firm and partner organizational functions.
