Roxanne Hilton is an attorney in the Bose McKinney & Evans Litigation Group. Her practice includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability and licensing proceedings, disciplinary litigation, and premises liability defense.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Roxanne worked as a deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In this role, she represented the state before medical licensing boards; advised on statues and regulatory code; investigated claims of misconduct including diversion, fraud, substance abuse, overprescribing and adulteration; and reviewed hospital policies, practice agreements and hiring contracts. Roxanne has experience with Stark Law and the False Claims Act.
