Roxanne Hilton is an attorney in the Bose McKinney & Evans Litigation Group. With a focus on healthcare and compliance, her practice includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability and licensing proceedings, disciplinary litigation, premises liability defense, and products liability defense. Roxanne’s practice also includes mental health parity examinations of insurance companies, evaluating compliance with the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021, and ERISA.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Roxanne worked as a deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In this role, she represented the state before medical licensing boards; advised on statues and regulatory code; investigated claims of misconduct including diversion, fraud, substance abuse, overprescribing and adulteration; and reviewed hospital policies, practice agreements and hiring contracts. Roxanne has experience with Stark Law and the False Claims Act.
