Profile

Sarah Studzinski is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. She concentrates her practice in the Business Services and Real Estate Groups.  She is involved with drafting and reviewing the documents needed at various stages of a company’s life cycle, including formation, acquisition, transfer and approval documents. Sarah also assists clients in real estate due diligence, title and survey review and loan document review. She also has assisted clients with women-owned and minority-owned businesses (MBE/WBEs) certifications.

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in theatre and communications, with highest honors, from Purdue University. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington, where she graduated magna cum laude. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Sarah was a research assistant for Professor Mark Janis at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.  She is licensed to practice in Indiana.
