Sarah Parks is an associate with Bose McKinney & Evans and is a member of the Litigation Group. Sarah assists clients with a wide array of commercial litigation matters. She also has experience in preparation for and participation in trials, including serving as second chair in a state medical malpractice jury trial, second chair in a federal civil rights, and first chair in several state level bench trials and small claims trials.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Sarah worked as an associate attorney in the Indianapolis area. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for Indiana University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel; a law clerk for the Office of U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly; and, an intern to the Honorable Justice Mark S. Massa with the Indiana Supreme Court. Additionally, Sarah worked as a legal intern for the Office of the General Counsel of St. Francis Community Services in Salina, Kansas.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Wichita State University and her J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
