Seema Shah is of counsel in the Bose McKinney & Evans Litigation and Appellate Groups.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Seema served as legal counsel for the Honorable Loretta Rush, Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court. In this role, Seema advised the Chief Justice on a variety of legal matters, drafted bench memos to prepare the justice for oral arguments, and edited communications. She has also clerked for the Honorable Steven David and Honorable Theodore Boehm and served as legal counsel for the Yap State Court, Trial and Appellate Divisions, in the Federated States of Micronesia.

Seema earned her J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, summa cum laude, where she was executive managing editor of the Indiana Law Review; participated in the Moot Court program; and was a board member and civil procedure fellow for the Dean’s Tutorial Society. She earned her bachelor’s degree in operations management and international studies from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with high distinction.
