Immigration Attorney

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is currently seeking an experienced immigration attorney (minimum three years business immigration experience) to work on a variety of primarily employment-based immigration matters. Candidate will manage multiple U.S. business immigration engagements and will contribute to the delivery of solutions and ideas for our diverse clients.  Projects would include PERM labor certifications, H and L petitions, E and TN visas, immigrant visas, and preparing clients for overseas consular interviews and USCIS hearings for family based green cards.  This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

Requirements

  • JD along with admission to any U.S. state bar
  • Minimum three years of business immigration experience, with an emphasis on H, L, E, TN, and PERM filings
  • Excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills

Legal Administrative Assistant – Business Services & Intellectual Property

Bose McKinney & Evans LLP seeks an administrative assistant to join the Business Services and Intellectual Property Practice Groups in their Fort Wayne office.  Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant.  Responsibilities:  prepare, transcribe and proofread various corporate and real estate documents and business correspondence; assemble closing binders; scan/copy documents; file corporate files and audit files; enter daily timesheets; proofread, edit and finalize pre-bills; prepare reimbursement requests; plan and schedule meetings and maintain timekeepers’ calendars as needed; coordinate and make travel arrangements; open and close client files; communicate directly with clients and provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in the prosecution of patents and trademarks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and advanced level computer skills are required.   Positive team player; independent self-starter; excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; demonstrate good judgment and discretion; generate high-quality work, with exceptional attention to detail and able to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain poise in a fast-paced environment and able to work evenings and weekends when required.
